NEP 2020 envisions that vocational courses will be available to students enrolled in the bachelor degree program for various short term certificate courses in various skills including soft skills. India is going to have largest working age population in the World by 2030 and to cater employment needs for all the students from the general steam is a major challenge improving the employability of these students required a new vision with curricular support. The NEP 2020 has advocated for the integration of vocational education programs into main stream education in all educational institution in a faced manner.
